You can create a missing product request by contacting Mosspa from the panel where you purchased the product. Missing parts are shipped within 3 business days.

When Will My Cargo Arrive?

Your product will be delivered to cargo within 3 working days after your order.

Depending on the intensity of the cargo company, the product will reach you within 5 working days at the latest.

The cargo company does not take the products to the floor, but delivers them to your address.

There is a plastic apparatus in the foot part to prevent damage to the floor.

The cage part of our products is meticulously packed with bubble bags and securely.
