Kargo firmasının yoğunluğuna göre ürün en geç 5 iş günü içerisinde tarafınıza ulaşacaktır.
Kargo firması ürünleri yere kadar götürmez, adresinize teslim eder.

Ürün Kurulumu: Ürünlerimiz demonte (kurulumsuz) kutulu olarak teslim edilmektedir.
Montaj için gerekli tüm malzemeler mevcuttur.

Shipping Information:
Shipping delivery is in front of the building with cargo.
The address to which your order will reach is not in the city center, but in mobile regions such as districts or towns, delivery may be made on different days when cargo companies deliver.
If your region is outside the distribution area of cargo companies (for example, it may be mobile region), please determine the closest cargo company and branch to your location before placing an order, and select the cargo branch as the cargo address.
In this case, you can avoid prolonging the delivery time.
In regions where cargo cannot reach, the person must receive the products you ordered from the nearest branch.

Important warning:
When you receive your order, please check it and if you see any damage in the package, give a damage report to the cargo officer. In accordance with the return and exchange rules, the returns of the packages that have been canceled without a damage determination report are not accepted.

When Cargo Arrived with Damaged What Should I Do?
By creating a return or exchange request, you can send the defective/damaged product with our contracted cargo. Please let us know before sending to cargo company.

You can supply the fixtures and wood groups required for the opening of the beauty salon from our Mosspa Beauty company. Ways to be followed by customers who will place an order with our company from other countries:

1) For giving orders, send us the pictures of the products and product groups you like from our social media & website on our Whatsapp line +905302865343.
2) Determine the color and quantity of the products you request.
3) Please send us the requested country and city.

Things you should know:
*Delivery time: Production time of the ordered products is 10-15 days. Depending on the region and location, deliveries can take 30-45 days with our contracted shipping companies. (If you have a contracted shipping company please let us know)

*Packaging: The products are packed with stretch and export balloon to avoid damage.
*Payment Methods: Electronic bank transfers (with contracted banks)
