Missing Product Arrived What Should I Do?
You can create a missing product request by contacting Mosspa from the panel where you purchased the product. Missing parts are shipped within 3 business days.
When Will My Cargo Arrive?
Your product will be delivered to cargo within 3 working days after your order. (In Turkey)
Depending on the intensity of the cargo company, the product will reach you within 5 working days at the latest.
The cargo company does not take the products to the floor, but delivers them to your address.
Product Installation: Our products are delivered as disassembled (without installed) boxed.
All necessary materials for installation are available.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
It can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Does not require detergent.
Avoid prolonged contact with water and heat.
Avoid keeping them outside in the sun and rainy weather.
Exchange and Return Conditions:
Our company must be informed for returns and exchanges.
The original box/packaging of the product must be intact, undamaged, complete, and must not have lost its resaleability feature.
Otherwise, the product damage cost will be reported to the sales platform representative from which you purchased it.
Packaging standards are very important for the products to reach you safely.

Shipping delivery is in front of the building with cargo.
The address to which your order will reach is not in the city center, but in mobile regions such as districts or towns, delivery may be made on different days when cargo companies deliver.
If your region is outside the distribution area of cargo companies (for example, it may be mobile region), please determine the closest cargo company and branch to your location before placing an order, and select the cargo branch as the cargo address.
In this case, you can avoid prolonging the delivery time.
In regions where cargo cannot reach, the person must receive the products you ordered from the nearest branch.
Important warning:
When you receive your order, please check it and if you see any damage in the package, give a damage report to the cargo officer. In accordance with the return and exchange rules, the returns of the packages that have been canceled without a damage determination report are not accepted.
